1. Product Description
The inflator is a cordless, rechargeable air compressor designed for emergency tire inflation and general multi-purpose inflation tasks. Built around a single-cylinder 17mm pump mechanism powered by a 3-cell 1500mAh battery pack, the device delivers up to 150 PSI maximum inflation pressure at 90W rated power — sufficient for car, motorcycle, and bicycle tires as well as sports balls, inflatable mattresses, pool floats, and other inflatable household items.
Positioned as a roadside-emergency and multi-purpose inflation tool, the device is marketed with the ability to fully inflate a flat car tire to 35 PSI in approximately 4 minutes, supported by a 6000mAh internal battery (confirm exact battery spec with supplier, as separate technical sheets reference both 1500mAh/3-cell and 6000mAh figures — see Note below). Additional marketed functions include a built-in USB power bank output for charging mobile devices, and an integrated LED flashlight with emergency signal mode for nighttime roadside visibility.
Constructed from ABS plastic with a compact form factor (16 × 8 × 5.5 cm, 620g), the unit is designed to be small enough to store in a glove compartment, center console, or backpack — intended as a portable replacement for traditional corded tire inflators and a backup tool for roadside emergencies.
2. Features & Benefits
Fast Emergency Tire Inflation (Marketed Claim)
Marketed as capable of inflating a fully flat car tire to 35 PSI in approximately 4 minutes. Actual inflation time will vary based on tire size, starting pressure, and ambient conditions. Multi-Purpose Inflation with Interchangeable Nozzles
Comes with multiple nozzle attachments suitable for a range of inflatable items beyond vehicle tires, including bicycle and motorcycle tires, sports balls, inflatable mattresses, pool floats, scooter tires, and wheelbarrow tires.
Built-In Digital Pressure Display & Auto Shut-Off
Displays current tire pressure and allows the user to set a target PSI. The unit automatically stops inflation once the target pressure is reached, helping prevent over-inflation.
Dual-Purpose Power Bank Function
Marketed as including a built-in USB output port allowing the device to function as a power bank for charging a mobile phone in addition to its primary inflation function.
Built-In LED Flashlight & Emergency Light Mode
Includes an LED flashlight function with an emergency signal/flashing mode intended to increase visibility to passing traffic during nighttime roadside tire changes.
Cordless & Rechargeable
Charges via USB cable, eliminating dependence on a vehicle's 12V outlet or cigarette lighter port. Can be charged at home in advance and stored ready for use.
Compact, Glove-Box-Friendly Size
At 16 × 8 × 5.5 cm and 620g, the unit is sized to fit easily in a glove compartment, center console, door pocket, or backpack.
Low Operating Noise
Rated at less than 100dB measured at 1 meter distance — quieter than typical large air compressors during operation.

4. Usage Instructions
• Fully charge the device via USB before first use.
• Attach the appropriate nozzle for the item to be inflated (vehicle tire valve, ball needle, mattress/float nozzle, etc.).
• Power on the unit and set the desired target pressure (PSI) using the control buttons, if using the preset auto shut-off function.
• Attach the nozzle securely to the valve stem or inflation port before starting the pump.
• Begin inflation. The unit will automatically stop once the target pressure is reached (where auto shut-off is supported for the connected item type).
• For items without a pressure gauge function (e.g., sports balls, floats), monitor inflation manually and stop when adequately inflated.
• After use, power off and detach the nozzle. Store in a dry location.
• Recharge after each significant use cycle, particularly before storing the unit for emergency roadside readiness.
